Call: Social Digital” - Innovative initiatives to enhance the digital competences of the social economy

The project strengthens the capacity of non-profit organizations in the cultural sector—and of their employees, external collaborators, and volunteers—to master data and generative artificial intelligence. It is centered on the needs of beneficiaries working in non-profits involved in the regeneration of cultural spaces, brought together in the national network Lo Stato dei Luoghi.
The training program engages 1,200 beneficiaries and is structured across three levels—basic, intermediate, and advanced—to provide foundational knowledge on data and generative AI, with in-depth modules on application areas identified through the needs analysis, such as communication, design, cultural programming, impact evaluation, and audience engagement.
Alongside the advanced training, support is provided for implementing the developed digital solution (an AI-based tool to support organizational processes) within 10 partner organizations, which will become data-driven organizations.
