The University and its Departments enter into agreements and conventions with public bodies and national and international private entities in order to enhance educational and scientific activities, encourage recruiting and promote technology transfer
International agreements, networks and partnerships
The DA is party to international networks and cooperation agreements signed by the University of Bologna with universities all over the world; it stipulates sector agreements with other foreign departments for teaching and research purposes and to promote the mobility of lecturers, researchers and students; it signs bilateral agreements within the European Erasmus Plus programme.
Framework conventions
Agreements between the University of Bologna and other international universities with the aim of establishing, promoting and strengthening scientific relations between universities, favouring the mobility of researchers, lecturers and students.
Sector conventions
Agreements between the DA/School of Engineering and Architecture and similar structures of foreign universities for teaching and research purposes, using their own funds and resources.
Bilateral agreements - Erasmus Plus
Bilateral agreements with other European universities to offer new training opportunities for studying abroad under the new Erasmus+ programme.
